Return and Refund Policy

All Deliveries within the US start with a flat rate of $15 via USPS (+$5 per additional item) If you live within the US, you can expect your package in 3-5 business days, once shipped.

International deliveries are sent via USPS.The shipping cost is calculated according to the order weight and destination country. Parcel carriers will vary between countries. Final delivery may be completed by a local courier or local post office.

For Manhattan locals, please contact bellandchestnut@gmail.com for info for eliminating the shipping fees by opting for in-person pickup.

We usually pack and ship the items within two business days of receiving an order if they are available on the website . Items can be made to order and usually take eight days before shipment.Each item is hand made and therefore the process may vary depending on the item. Please contact bellandchestnut@gmail.com to confirm.

Orders may be cancelled and refunded prior to shipping at the discretion of Bell and Chestnut Design Studio.

Items can be damaged or lost in transit. Please inspect all packages upon delivery and notify us immediately if the package appears to be damaged. If damaged, please notify us within 3 days so that we can rectify your purchase.

We do create handmade, on of a kind designs and so variations in finish and form is inevitable.If you do receive an item from us that is faulty or not as described, then please bring it to our attention with a photo of the damaged piece within 3 days of receiving the sculpture so that we can make steps to either replace the item or refund the cost.
